Brandon Jones is Visiting Assistant Professor of Classical Studies at Boston University. He teaches classes on Greek and Roman language and culture, including a seminar on “Robbers and Pirates in Roman Law, Literature and Society”. Some of his recent publications include “Teuta and Feminine Exemplarity in Cassius Dio’s Roman History” (In Madsen and Lange. Brill (2021)) and “The Poetics of Legalism: Ovid and Claudian on the Rape of Proserpina” (Arethusa 52 (2019)).
